Credentials and Experience

*16 years of owning and training seven of my own dogs, including the following accomplishments:

Placements and Titles:

* AKC Companion Dog Title in Obedience Competition: placing First, Third, and Fourth in three consecutive obedience trials (Novice A);

*First Place in Novice B Obedience with a runoff for High-in-Trial at the Shetland Sheepdog Club of Greater Baltimore All-breed Obedience Trial, January 19, 2008.

*Rally Novice Title in three consecutive trials, placing First, with a perfect score on the second leg, and Fourth, with a score of 97 in the third leg.

*First leg of CDX title on our first attempt at Open, placing Second with a score of 187 at the Upper Marlboro Kennel Club trial, March 29, 2008.

*Two First place finishes in Rally Novice B for extra legs: one with 99, and the other a perfect score of 100, at the Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club of the Potomac and Old Dominion Kennel Club, respectively, April 17 and 19, 2008.

*First leg of Rally Advanced title on our first attempt, with a qualifying score of 89 at the Catoctin Kennel Club, April 21st, 2008.

*AKC Canine Good Citizen Approved Evaluator.

*Served a year-long apprenticeship with 30-year veteran Obedience Trainer and Behavior Consultant, Jean Hodgson Pierson – former head trainer of the Chesapeake Bay Retriever Club.
